Cà Phê Sữa Đá – Vietnamese Iced Coffee
Vietnam's most famous coffee drink: Phinland Coffee's Saigon Blend, sweet condensed milk, and ice. A balanced and approachable version of the classic Vietnamese iced coffee.
Ingredients
- 20g Phinland Coffee Saigon Blend, ground for phin
- 70ml hot water
- 25–30g condensed milk
- Plenty of ice
Instructions
- Add condensed milk to the bottom of the glass.
- Place coffee in the phin, pre-wet with about 15–20ml of water and let the coffee bloom for 20–30 seconds.
- Add the remaining water and let the coffee drip directly onto the milk.
- Stir the coffee and milk well.
- Add ice and serve immediately.
