Cà Phê Sữa Đá – Iced Coffee with Condensed Milk

Cà Phê Sữa Đá – Vietnamese Iced Coffee

Vietnam's most famous coffee drink: Phinland Coffee's Saigon Blend, sweet condensed milk, and ice. A balanced and approachable version of the classic Vietnamese iced coffee.

Ingredients

  • 20g Phinland Coffee Saigon Blend, ground for phin
  • 70ml hot water
  • 25–30g condensed milk
  • Plenty of ice

Instructions

  1. Add condensed milk to the bottom of the glass.
  2. Place coffee in the phin, pre-wet with about 15–20ml of water and let the coffee bloom for 20–30 seconds.
  3. Add the remaining water and let the coffee drip directly onto the milk.
  4. Stir the coffee and milk well.
  5. Add ice and serve immediately.

Why Saigon Blend?

Saigon Blend is a balanced combination of Vietnamese coffee profiles. It gives Cà Phê Sữa Đá enough body but keeps the overall drink softer and more balanced than a very strong Robusta-based version.
