Saigon Cà Phê Sữa Đá

The balanced blend of Saigon Blend works perfectly in classic Vietnamese iced coffee. Condensed milk brings sweetness, ice brings freshness, and the blend keeps the whole thing in balance.

Ingredients

  • 20 g Phinland Saigon Blend
  • 70 ml hot water, about 94–95 °C
  • 25–30 g condensed milk
  • Plenty of ice

Preparation

  1. Put the condensed milk in a glass.
  2. Prepare the coffee with a phin directly over the milk.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Pour over ice and serve immediately.

Tip: Start with 25 grams of condensed milk and adjust the sweetness to your liking.
